The Mug looks wonderful! The picture is clear and vivid. Great job. Much nicer than the graphic shows. My only suggestion is to try to get a program that shows the customer exactly what the mug will look like when it is finished. I had no idea that "both sides" meant the picture is on both sides as well as the text! That was a happy surprise. The wonder paw prints around the mug were another very beautiful feature. Very nice mug. My husband LOVED it!

The media could not be loaded. Shipped fast and it looks great !It’s a little blurry but it’s fine cause I know my daughter will LOVE to see her original character she made on her very own mug ! It’s a little smaller than I expected . It’s lightweight and seems to be a good value for the 20$ or so .I paid extra for the styrofoam around the cup but I feel like that should have been included anyway . I paid for a gift box and to be honest why wouldn’t it come in a box anyway also ?All in all it’s very nice, great coloring and I hope it lasts a very long timeWill order again from this company

There are many companies that produce basically the same product. This company has twice provided me just what I wanted, on time, and at a comparatively low price. So, I’m not going to fix what ain’t broke.

I wanted to have something made as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend to remember our AMAZING trip to Switzerland last year. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do and it was getting closer and closer to the holiday. Christmas was just a few days away and I figured I was too late to have something customized with photos, etc., and shipped in time to arrive before the holiday, but I went to Amazon to get ideas because I wanted to order something anyway, even if it was going to arrive late. I came across these customizable coffee mugs, and to my surprise, I was able to get next day delivery! I would never have expected to be able to order a customized product and get it that fast so close to the holiday so I was really happy about that. And ordering was so quick and easy! First I chose the color and size of the mug I wanted, then uploaded the two photos I wanted on it and placed them where I wanted them, then wrote the text I wanted on it, chose the color/font for the text, and I was done. And it came out so nice! I would definitely recommend this product!

I am not one to write reviews. But, I had to.They did a beautiful job. They did it quickly and they did it professionally and it looks fantastic.They r meant a lot!

The mug seems well made. The pictures look good, if a bit... yellowed, but not bad at all. Would be nice if they provided a color profile or something so you can adjust, but like I say, it's not Far off, I'm just a photographer. Still very good. Seems solid, only time will tell what washing does to it but so far so good. The print is clear as well, and I like that you can have different things on the 2 sides.Best of all she Loves it :)

Got this as a gift for my mother in law with our son on it and she loves it

The images were extremely clear! The quality was better than I expected and the images were smooth. After several uses and washes (dishwasher) the pictures look just as good as when I first opened it! Shipping was prompt on first mug and delay on second ordered mug was quickly rectified. Will definitely order these again!
