The water jug is good, the filter removes the chlorine taste from the tap water and no doubt cleans out nasty contaminants too. However, getting the lid off to refil with water (an essential requirement) is so difficult as the lid is stiff into the top of the jug and there is no grip to remove the lid, this is a very poor design! I have removed the round filter month marker to reveal a round hole in the lid so I can fill the jug through the top. The rest of the jug is good but the main need to fill the jug is not good, for this reason I give it 2 stars only, it is not really fit for purpose since you cannot remove the lid to refill with any ease at all. I will keep it until the 2 filters are used up but will replace with an alternative make that has a easy to fill top on it. Such a shame!!UPDATE: -Update - In all fairness to the manufacturer who contacted me about this issue, this would seem to be a one off or small batch that has an issue with the lid. The supplier is a reliable company who stand by their product, they wrote to me and gave me a full refund without asking me to return the jug, this is a supplier that stands by its conviction of upholding their customer satisfaction policy, I am happy with their offer and can say that it is a very trustworthy supplier who cares highly for their products and customers. I have added stars because they at least honour their statements and are trustworthy. Thank you.

This review is being written just over 24 hours after the product was delivered and set up with filter in place. So here is what I think 24 hours later: It was very easy to set up. I like that the filter is a 'screw-in' device instead of just 'drop-in.' (Brita filters drop in. This filter screws in for extra security, so you can be sure that all the water that gets to the bottom of the jug has been filtered). The water tastes great: I've been filling up my bottles and popping them into the fridge. Good stuff. The only hang-up for me is that I seem to be inconsistent in figuring out the right angle at which to pour the water in order for it to lift the little flap up. It's nice that the flap covers the pouring hole so well because it will keep dust and other invaders out of the filtered water perfectly. In terms of working out the right angle to pour at ... I suppose this will improve with time as I get used to using the jug.

Good water filter jug, the quality seems on point and the colour is nice and vibrant, it takes a good amount of water and the taste is very good.Couple of negative point or better, things to improve will be:1) the ease of filling with water, as you have to remove the whole top cover and only can do it sticking your fingers on the faucet.2) the tank does not cover the whole jug, so when filled with water the flow is quite poor and you have to keep tilting the jug.It's not a deal breaker for me but definitely could be improved.

This water filter is fantastic. It is the best water I have ever had. Much better than spring water. I have just moved to an area where the water is FULL of chlorine and limescale, so it is a miracle that this filter can make the water so soft, silky and beautiful tasting. Unlike some reviewers (whom I do not understand), I found the product easy to use and the instructions clear to understand. I feel very lucky to have found such a great filter for such good value.

Having just come back from Cornwall and enjoying gorgeous soft water, we fought an OXA Smart water filter pitcher to experience the same - plus with the convenience of a jug.Not only does the water taste great, the pitcher fits into the fridge perfectly - and looks good!Thanks - it’s brilliant!Update: Unfortunately I had to ask for a replacement as the cartridges leaked. After receiving the item, the same thing happened again. Sorry to say this as the sellers were gracious, helpful and very professional. Perhaps this was just a one-off experience.

I've had this for over a month and am not happy with the way it pours, I have to fill water bottles or dog bowls over the sink as otherwise the jug leaves a big wet patch on the floor. It also only holds 2.5 litres without the filtering jug so you're only looking to filter just over a litre at a time. I just missed the one month return period as have just went back to college so time has flied. I'm now considering passing this on to someone else and buying a different make of jug. The taste however as excellent. I'm just not pleased with this jug's performance. Hope I can return it.

I actually bought the product because it was the cheapest, however now that it has arrived I am so happy with it I wouldn’t swap it for the more expensive one I initially looked at. As you can see from the photos it fits nicely into my fridge door. The 3 bowls are to demonstrate alkalinity - the top is standard tap water PH 8, the bowl on the left is Brita filtered water which is PH 4 and the one on the right is from this product, the clear winner at PH 9-10. I am so glad I bought this one now and it even comes with a spare filter! 👍🏻 I highly recommend.😃

Needed to change my old 'basic' water filter and opted for this alkaline one as I prefer the added electrolytes. I have to admit I wasn't expecting much in terms of water quality so was surprised at how soft and smooth the filtered water was and how thirst quenching it was.I really noticed the difference when I forgot to bring my own bottle of water into work and was using their filter tap instead - their filter tap did nothing for me no matter how much I drank during the day, but when I got home I still needed to guzzle an extra two litres.I can't speak for the health benefits, although I have since read positive things about having a more alkaline diet, but I can vouch that my body seems to respond better to this than plain filtered water and I wish I'd bought it sooner.The only drawback I find is that the jug is a little small - perhaps I drink more than the average person however.

Je m'en ser tous les jours,pour la boisson (eau pure, de source),pour le café,etc...Le filtre fait que l'eau coule très lentement, mais on prends l'habitude et rempli le réservoir 2-5 min à l'avance et tout va bien.l'eau à un super gout que vous ne retrouverez nul part !

Fácil de poner en marcha y fácil de usar. Provee lo que promete: agua alcalina de excelente sabor y calidad según he comprobado personalmente con un líquido testador.
