MY REVIEW OF THE DURASPACE CHAIR SOFA.PS, I TYPE IN CAPS: SO NOT SHOUTING OK.THE CHAIR SOFA I PURCHASED AT AMAZON DID NOT ACTUALLY MATCH UP UNDERNEATH WITH THE VERSION I RECEIVED BECAUSE WHEN I WENT TO PUT THE CHAIR SOFA TOGETHER, THE VERSION I GOT DID NOT HAVE THE ZIPPERED UNDERCOVER BOTTOM PER THE VIDEO SHOWNED IN THE AMAZON DEMOSTRATION AS TO HOW TO PUT TOGETHER. ALSO, THERE WERE ISSUES WITH PUTTING TOGETHER THE BOTTOM USING THE SCREWS THAT CAME WITH IT FOR PART OF UNDER THE BOTTOM ASSEMBLY. AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THE PAPER GUIDE TO ASSEMBLE WAS NOT LABELED THE SAME AS THE TWO LARGE ARM CHAIR PIECES. I HAD TO FINALLY SWITCH THE AL AND THE AR SIDES. THIS MADE MY ASSEMBLY MUCH HARDER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DUE TO INCORRECT LABELING OF THE TWO MAIN ARM CHAIR PIECES THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO PUT TOGETHER FIRST AND IT MADE ASSEMBLY TAKE MUCH LONGER AS I HAD TO FIRT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG... ALSO, IT WAS VERY HARD TO GET THE LAST PART THAT COVERS THE FRONT(THE FRONT PANEL) TO ALIGN WITH THE SCREW HOLES. FINALLY, I HAD TO WAIT A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET A NEW LEG AS ONE OF THE LEGS CAME BROKEN. I HAD TO SEND A PICTURE THEN THE SELLER SENT ME THE NEW LEG.ON THE POSITIVE SIDE, THE CHAIR SOFA IN GREEN IS BEAUTIFUL AND SITS FIRM. I LIKE IT VERY MUCH AND LOOK FORWARD TO MANY DAYS USING IT. THE SELLER WAS QUICK TO GET ME THE REPLACEMENT LEG ONCE I SENT THE PICTURE TO THEM. USING THE AMAZON VIDEO AND WATCHING MANY YOUTUBE VIDEOS TO FIND THE RIGHT ONES TO HELP ME, ALONG WITH OF COURSE USING THE PAPER GUIDE FOR THE PARTS I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO PUT IT TOGETHER. IF ALL GOES WELL, I WOULD SAY IT TAKES ABOUT 2 HOURS IF DOING IT BY YOURSELF LIKE I WAS AND WITH HEALTH ISSUES. I HAD TO REST SEVERAL TIMES WHEN IT CAME TO PUTTING TOGETHER THE TWO CHAIR SOFA ARMS WHICH I THINK IS THE HARDEST PART WITH THOSE SCREWS. I THINK THE CHAIR SOFA IS WORTH IT EVEN IF IT WAS HARD TO PUT TOGETHER MOST OF THE MAJOR PARTS. GOOD LUCK.

I love this chair so much. It was a bit time consuming to put together but instructions were very clear. I love the wide and deep seat. Very sturdy but light enough that I can move it around as I rearrange often. Also, easy to adjust the back and to pull out.

I was looking for a twin size pull out type futon chair for my office because I want to be able to start working late nights while lounging (and maybe even passing out for the night in it lol) and this chair fits the bill exactly. It was easy to put together and I love the modern style which goes with the decorative theme of my office. This is the faux leather option in black which I also like very much.And as you can see by the charge cord, the USB port works great. Such a great piece and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Definitely recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive, stylish and versatile chair that also works as a chaise and a bed too.

I bought this chair to give me more room in my spare bedroom. Replaced a twin size bed that was rarely used. It came well packaged. Was fairly easy to assemble, looks great and takes up less space than a bed. Not recommended to use on a daily basis, but works well for us, because it is only used occasionally. Would buy again.

I ordered this chair for our office. We wanted something that would be a functional office piece but also double as an extra sleeping space when having guests. This easily folds into a comfortably sized single bed. however, it is SO hard. We have to put two egg crate mattresses on it as well as two big fluffy comforters in order to get a good night's sleep. If extra firm is something you like, this chair/bed is for you. If you are looking for cushy comfy, not the best option.

The video and some pictures show the chairs as having the nice fabric zipping all the way through the back/underneath and the inner tray (that shows below the bottom front) being bolted in and made of the same fabric as the chair.This is not what was received. The fabric only extends halfway down the back and the the rest is cheap black felt that extends underneath. This matters more if you plan on having the back of the chairs open to a room like we were.The tray at the bottom is velcro'd in (not bolted as shown in the video) and is a cheap looking black felt. This is visible from the front of the chair.Some other concerns are staples poking out and/or falling out and the bottom pull out part sitting crooked and not flush with the chair. These took hours to build (each) making all of this sting a bit more. On top of all of this, we payed for expedited shipping, these ship in two peices and the second peice for each chair was not even shipped until after out expedited delivery date.When we tried to resolve this with the sellers. We were told that the chairs had been "upgraded" from what was advertised. How cheap felt in place of thick colored fabric and velcro instead of metal hardware are upgrades is a bit beyond me. After many back and forth messages with the sellers that involved half truths, a lack of accountability, and just generally being strung along we got Amazon involved to investigate and resolve. This took a couple of months to resolve but all of this was provable via photographs and fedex tracking receipts and Amazon itself (not the sellers) did a wonderful job supporting and resolving this issue.

The chair itself was simple enough to assemble. As other reviews have said, the cushions are quite firm, I assume they'll soften with use.My main upset with the chair, is the usb ports.They'll trickle charge your phone and other low power devices, but aren't powerful enough to charge a PS5 controller, which was one of the main draws for me when looking at this chair.Overall a little disappointed, but not a bad chair / sofa bed
