Great bike
My daughter loves this bike. She got it for her 9th birthday. It was easy to put together. It has all the tools you need. I read some reviews that said their wheels were warped so that was the first thing I looked at when I unpacked her bike for assembly. No issues. We are happy with the purchase.

my daughter is super happy with her new bike. she loves the colors and it is the perfect fit. i used the size guide and it was just as expected.

Son loves this bike.
Bike is great. Easy to put together and packaged well. The big, thick wheels that it has are enjoyed by my son but if not fully inflated it can cause the bike to be hard to ride, especially uphill. The front brake cable needs to be adjusted when put together and the cable end cap fell right off when it was adjust causing the sharp cable tip to be exposed. Its easy enough to put a new cap on or, if you don't have something that fits this cable, you could just tape the end to hide the sharp end. Overall good experience.

Deficient product - do not buy!
The media could not be loaded. The rear wheel was defective and something was wrong with the ball bearings. All other pieces looked ok. Upon further inspection there was a small dent in the bearings causing the friction. This part of the bike arrived pre assembled so it should have been something they caught before shipping. Submitted a claim, we will see how the fix the issue (and my sons birthday present which he won’t have now).Update: contacted the company. They were great at responding and helpful. We set up an exchange and the second bike arrived with THE SAME ISSUE (see my uploaded video)! This leads me to believe that it is not a defective product but that the company has deficient design. We will not be keeping this bike and I would not recommend anyone buy this for their kid. On the bright side they did process a refund.

The Damn Training Wheels
The bike is okay, but the training wheels will not stay in place. One side lifts too far off the ground and my grandson tips over.
