Vargas Corner, velvet, 4 Seater

The company are fantastic, helpful and friendly. We had a few issues with the initial delivery but can not fault this company with their customer service skills. 5 stars for that. The initial look of the sofa is stunning, it looks comfy and compared to our old sofa...Was. however after a few mo this of continuous use the cusions on the back of the chair became so misshapen that it was impossible to plump back into shape. The frame has also broken along the base and the actual seat support has broken also. The stitching on the back of the sofa has come away and the staples that hold the fabric in place drop out around the carpet. We are a family of 4. 2 adults, 2 kids. I would expect a little ware and tear from every day family use, but not the extent that has occurred. Especially for the price.

I have given this 3 stars because although it looks really nice and i like the look of it - it is quite hard and the edges are rock hard. You can feel the wood under the fabric and even the cushions are hard BUT i think given what we paid we are still quite happy with it.

I am so pleased my sofa arrived a few days early stunning worth every penny, I also found the company so helpful very polite I would recommend 100 percent you buy.
