Product Description ------------------- Bulgari presents their new perfume Jasmin Noir that was launched in September 2008. Its puzzlingly dark bottle will become an object of love for many fans of the house of Bulgari, whereas the perfume will attract many fans of woody floral compositions. The perfumers of this fragrance are Carlos Ben and Sophie Labbe and are in charge of this year's luxurious, fragrance rhapsody. The perfume is shaped in dualist difference of masculine and feminine notes. The perfumers wanted to compose Jasmin Noir with jasmine as the central ingredient, but in a very different way than before. Jasmine is wrapped and created as dark, with mysterious aromas of precious wood. The composition begins with green s juice with gardenia flowers. The middle notes of the fragrance encompass Sambac jasmine absolute mixed with sateen almond aromas, while the foot notes introduce dark notes of precious wood, with liquorice absolute and accords of Tonka. Bulgari descended from an antique family of Greek silversmiths, Sotirio Bulgari, the company’s founder, manufactured precious silver objects. During the late 19th century, Sotirio moved to Italy and in 1884 opened his first shop in Via Sistina, Rome. In 1905, with the help of his sons Costantino and Giorgio, he initiated the shop in Via Condotti, which today remains Bulgari’s ship store.
