There is assembly required but they are reusable in you tske them aoart again.
I had drinks in blinking cans before. I thought the cups would have a button to press but you have to velcro a light inside a bottom section of the cup and seal. Simple but I didn't read any instructions in advance.

Fun Cups!
I bought these for my birthday party and they were so fun. I love the lights, and they velcro to the bottom of the cup and there is a sticker to make sure they don't fall out. I will be buying these for our next party for sure.

Not reusable
Not what I was looking for. I wanted hard reusable plastic cups. These were solo style plastic cups that you attached the light up pieces to with Velcro.
