Easy grip, comfortable to hold, quality of ink is good, bought for a parkinson's patient who will not use it regularly, don't ask me why. It's heavy on purpose, though the strap is in the way. As the disease progresses I hope this pen will be more useful.

Weighted down pen that came with refill that I haven't had to use yet. It helps but my printing but my writing will not be the same due to my disability. It is durable and I like the designAbout all I can really say 😌

I love the weight and size of these pens. My writing is much smoother and comfortable to use. I have tremors so I use it to sign and write with for everything. The only thing is the ink skips and I didn't have a chance to ask for an exchange.

I have really bad Essential Tremors & have gotten to the point that I need to write with this pen & it really helps calm thongs down. It writes fairly smooth. It comes with 2 extra refills, which is really nice. It's on a lanyards, & a small case. Overall I really like it.

Update: As I kept writing the pen’s ink flow started to falter and was applied on the paper intermittently. I’ll try using the other refills that came with it but I have a feeling that they’re going to be the same.————————————————————————Unexpected. I started using it today and I was actually able to write without having to hold my right hand with my other hand to control the shaking which is a feat in itself. Of course I doubt I’ll be able to do that for long but it is still incredible. I’m not making this up lol. I haven’t been able to write without holding my hand with the other for at least a decade. Maybe I’ll put a video showing the difference between this fat pen and writing with a normal one.Aside from the ergonomics, the ink has a good flow and it is a fine point which is what I prefer. I just wish the seller would have mentioned it. The pen came with additional refills which look different. I don’t know if they’re different colors as well.

I ordered these short fat pens for my 82 year old mom who’s been struggling with tremors the last few years. She used to write songs & poems all the time, in fact, she’s written over 300 gospel songs! The tremors took that away. They had gotten so bad that she could no longer fill out the withdrawal slips at the bank & you couldn’t make out her signature. She tried this pen when they came in a week or so ago, put that lanyard around her neck & has never taken it off!!! She said it’s super comfortable to hold, it’s cute as a button, writing is easy again, the ink comes out smooth & we can actually read her handwriting now!!! She’s back to making grocery lists & even the ladies at her bank are impressed. I'm about to order her another set just to have for backup! What a great deal for a little independence! 🙌🏼

The pen doesn't write good. Like it's almost out of ink and it hadn't been used, yet, til I tried it for the first time. Disappointed. I have arthritis and my hand shakes when I try to write. I thought this would help. Maybe it would if the ink was better. I don't know. I should've returned it but, waited too long. I'm stuck with it, now.

I bought this pen for a friend with hand tremors. She showed me the difference between using this pen and another. It really made a difference in her handwriting. I highly recommend it for anyone with tremors.
