Please be aware! The sink is great, but the cutout template is 32 x 18, when the inside dimensions of the sink are 31 x 17. This was a very costly mistake since we trusted the cutout that came with the sink would be correct. Now the sink looks awful with all this extra space. I was trying to return it to find a bigger sink that would fit in that cutout but they don't make them that size anywhere. As you can imagine the countertops to recut would be very expensive so it is a very unfortunate and sad situation.

I bought this sink because it had all the features and accessories that came with another sink I have been looking at for over a year. The stainless is thicker on this one and the price was almost half. It was a good decision. I installed it myself and had to open up the opening from the previous one just a little. I purchase the waterfall faucet for it and absolutely love it!

The quality of this sink and its accessories is fine. The problem I have is with the horrendous way it’s packaged. All of those accessories just sit in a bag in the bowl of the sink. So when the manufacturer, Amazon warehouse, and Amazon driver throw the box around all of those accessories bang around in the box.I’ve ordered two of these sinks now in an attempt to get one that’s not damaged. The first the bowl of the sink was scratched. The second the bowl was dented. Package this product better.I should have just bought a Ruvati sink. The price difference is worth not going through this hassle.

As many of the other buyers said, shipping was late & the sink came packaged very poorly. 3 of the 4 corners were bent out of shape & the hardware was carelessly placed in the sink unrestricted which caused scratches to the sink. The cheap plastic drain was also punctured & cracked. I would not have installed it anyway. But the additional $20 to purchase a quality stainless drain wasn’t part of the plan. I read many of these same issues so I can’t say I was completely unaware. I guess I was hoping to be one of the 4 star buyers. I’ve had the sink for several months now & even though it’s still early, I haven’t seen any issues with rusting as I did read. But contrary to as advertised, the water doesn’t drain 100%. A very small amount of standing water is left behind. The sinks presentation is great but for the negatives, I think spending even $50 more would have been worth the peace of mind.

For the most part the sink looks great however, it arrived with bent corners. The package that it came in looked good, so not sure if the damage took place during packaging or what. We can't wait to return and replace since the counters are going in, so we're kinda stuck with this.

A large sink which takes up less counter space than our typical 1 1/2 sink with a draining board.With this sink we can have a washing up bowl on one side, we can have items soaking on the otherside (2bowls will fit), and use the drainer bar piece over the bowl to use our drainer on. With the wooden chopping board you can have increased workspace in your kitchen.The only downside, if you are not in the USA, then you may find that you need to purchase a outlet pipe drainer. We actually sanded the inside plastic part down enough to fit the uk standard pipe into the drainer. We loved the basket that was included that collects larger pieces of waste, so we wanted to try and make it fit. Which we succeeded. Fantastic item, fantastic price, especally as it was shipped from USA to UK.
