Great quality product that is easy to assemble.
Just want to give a quick shout-out to this product and the company because they definitely deserve it.I recently bought the KOOPRO 32 Inch Dog Crate Furniture with Cushion, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my home. The sleek design blends seamlessly with my décor, making it more than just a crate—it doubles as a functional side table. The crate feels sturdy, with strong metal bars and a secure latch, giving me peace of mind. The included cushion is soft and comfortable, and I appreciate that the cover is easy to remove and clean. Assembly was straightforward, and at 32 inches, it’s perfect for small to medium-sized dogs, offering enough space without being bulky. Overall, it's a great mix of style and practicality, and I’m really happy with the purchase.More importantly, during assembly, I somehow managed to lose some pieces for the sliding door. I wasn't sure what to do since I couldn't find the hardware at local stores or online. So, I reached out to the company, explained the situation, and requested replacement parts. Their customer service got back to me the next business day. After confirming which pieces were missing, they informed me they'd send them free of charge. I received the parts a few days later and was able to complete the assembly. They've earned their five stars—not only for the quality of the product but also for their excellent customer service.

The Safe Place During Thuunder Storms
This indoor kennel is a piece of furniture as well. Easy assembly but a not fast job, but they may have to do with watching a ball game on the tube while assembling. It is heavy when un-assembled and in the box and two folks are needed to put the box where you want it unless your are built like Arnold. Once assembled easy to move as it is mounted on gliders. Very nice unit and made well. All the pieces fit and no missing parts/screws etc. Easy to follow instructions. When it was finished I put a small Indian blanket over it to get it dark and cozy for the pooch. Threw her blanket and pillow in it and she went right in. I like the sliding door and was one of the reasons I selected this kennel because we leave the kennel left open and a swinging door would be sitting open and in the way. I leave the sliding door open as the pooch likes to hang out and snooze in the kennel and why I placed a small blanket to cover the sides and back. More like a cave for the dog. She's happy I'm happy.

Our dog won’t leave her crate now…
We just moved and needed a crate that fit better in our new bedroom. We chose this one based on the dimensions, the option of two access doors and the color. It was simple to put together and very sturdy. Our dog never really spent time in her crate much before but now I keep catching her curled up in it! Owner and pup approved!

Great product
This is a great product and comes as expected. The assembly is mostly simple and straightforward, only requiring a good Phillips screwdriver and the included allen wrench. The only complaints I had (and reason for 4 stars) was the three places that seemed a hole was drilled at a slight angle, a screw would only go halfway in (even when trying diff screws) and one of the feet would only go halfway until sprayed with some olive oil from the kitchen then it went in like a dream. Overall the pieces that went together as intended were absolutely well done. But we had three frustrating snags. One bolt to the door we had to really work and put some extra oomph into it. The only place we haven't solved was a screw to one of the door hinges that is still sticking halfway out. At the end of the day, it is holding and not interfering with the structure.Back to the good things. The doors open like French doors on the front or long side. And there is also an option to use a door at the short end. I love that gives play for what works best in your space. Currently we have used it to replace our entertainment stand. Our 55" tv sits perfect on top and wifi and xbox boxes are behind the TV. It is sturdy enough that it hasn't caused any concerns yet. This is a really cute addition.

Size and comfort!
My dog does not like a kennel but needs one. Purchased this with high hopes and was not disappointed. Easy to put together, everything lined up, all tools and extra parts (screws and bolts) included. Instructions were simple and illustrated. Enough room for an Australian Shepard, nice sight lines from inside. The lock could be stronger, there is only one at the bottom) but it works well with the side rolling door. My dog does well in it and sleeps soundly. I like the look of furniture instead of a bit metal crate or large plastic kennel. It is veneer but doesn’t look overly cheep. Sturdy metal, strong joints.

It had cosmetic flaws and locking issue
Update: giant hassle trying to get prepaid postage back. I'm not spending another $85 minimum to send this back for a potential refund. It is smaller than photos show but would have been okay for now if it weren't for some scrapes and cosmetic issues. It shows a large Golden in it- and ours, just a pup, was already slightly cramped in the space! We tried using it anyway because the return page looks like we have to pay shipping, but we are unhappy with the kennel. The sliding door can be unlocked easily if your pet bangs on it enough. Between that and the original scrapes (the shipping box wss damaged so it might be from that, we will have to find something else. The lock situation was the ultimate issue, because we need to keep him kenneled for short periods of time aka have him STAY IN the kennel. We had to go back to his old wire kennel. It'd cost a lot to send back so hopefully the seller will respond and cover it.We tried to go along with it even though it's smaller than shown and would never hold a large dog, even with the scrapes, but now it's useless for securing our pup even temporarily if the door keeps opening.
