It is a Japanese product, so the quality is very good. Especially the quality of noodles is not so good as instant noodles.Soup is also delicious. I'm happy that instant noodles made in Japan is this price. I will order again. There is no English recipe, but it's very easy. Just put everything in boiling water and boil for 3 min. Put your favorite veges. or small chickens together, it will more delicious.

A nice flavor change from my usual, but more info...
I enjoy instant ramen from time to time and decided to try this brand and flavor for the first time. It's got a very mild flavor from the instant powder packet, and added dried veggies. I absolutely loved the quality of the noodles which are thicker , chewier than noodles than found in cheap domestic ramen. Pretty tasty but I docked a star since the overall flavor is a bit too mild for me.There were no English translations on the package, which was okay as I've cooked a lot instant ramen in the past, most are similar. Amazon does have the instructions in English, and it's pretty generic for a soup based ramen. Also there is a web site for the market agent in Japanese, and the product page lists the ingredients in good detail. See http://www.igmjp.com/product/vietnam/coconutsmilkcurry The product itself is Vietnamese. From ingredients listed below, it's primarily vegetarian.Ingredients:Fried noodle (flour, vegetable fat, starch, salt, gluten), attached seasoning (coconut milk powder, salt, powdered oil / fat, powdered soy sauce, protein hydrolyzate, galangal, lemon grass, sugar, ginger, yeast extract, garlic (Dried cabbage, dried carrots, dried onion), thickening agent (modified starch, guar gum, alginate ester), seasoning (amino acid etc.), sorbitol, kanshi, coloring agent (turmeric , V. B 2 ) , casein Na, pH adjuster, acidulant, fine silicon oxide, emulsifier, sweetener (aspartame · L-phenylalanine compound), antioxidant (V.E, V.C), Some include dairy ingredients, peanuts, sesame)>>-Allergen list includesWheat, Milk components, peanut, soy, and sesame. For myself-I wanted more of an umami flavor, and always boost instant ramen with a lot of add-ins, so after trying this plain, later I had this with pork veggie dumplings (gyoza/pot stickers), (or Korean fishballs), dried shitake mushrooms, wakame (dried seaweed), fresh vegs, eg. carrots, also added Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce and red pepper flakes (you can tell I love spicy Korean ramens). Personal taste, it was really good this way as deeper flavors boosted the flavor packet.Kids will love the default flavor and Ramenheads in the family who adore the noodles and want more can use or skip the flavor packet, use the veg pack - flavor the boiling water with a tablespoon of miso, splash of soy sauce and added an egg at the end to be soft cooked. Chili spice is good to add (says me). Very nice. A flexible ramen for the whole family.

Wish it has spicier
I really like the change of pace and having a curry ramen but I wish they were spicier. I ended up buying some spices from the store and will add either Sriracha, or Tajin to it from time to time. I also add a little chicken to mine. I also mixed mine with corn soup once and that was pretty good.

Very delicious soup. I took note from the reviewer with the Bok Choy and Shrimp. I also add a little bit of my own spice too! Add a dash of cracked salt, fresh crack pepper (Adam Sandler SNL shout out), cayenne pepper or african Bird Eye Chili paste, and my god... It is a hearty tasty soup. It's a great change from the others that try to burn your tastebuds. I highly recommend.

Three Stars
They are ok, a little too bland and not a noodle texture I prefer for ramen.

Wonderful flavor; very mild and smooth!
Love the coconut milk and curry flavor -- not overwhelming, but very smooth and soothing. A bit high in calories and sodium, so not something I eat every day, but it's great when I want something quick that is filling and tastes wonderful!

Enjoy
Noodles are good and are in a round shape that fits in smaller saucepans because no corners. The curry flavoring could be a bit stronger but overall a nice ramen.
