I love my solar pump. After a few months of use, the bracket for the panel broke. I emailed the company and they responded within 24 hours. They asked me to send them a picture of the broken part and they replace it within a few days. So impressed!

It was working fine for couple of months and it serves the purpose for my water fountain. But it just suddenly stopped working. This is an expensive product that does not even last or stand for its expected life span.For mine did not even last a year. I reached out for the seller and told them about the problem but to no avail there is no response up to now. i asked for a replacement since it did not even last a year but seems the seller doesn't care about the quality of their product and do not even response. I definitely DO NOT recommend this sellers product and probably their other product since the seller does stand for the quality of this product. Product is not reliable and does not last long as expected. NOT RECOMMENDED! Look for other brand with great buyers support.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this product twice because I thought the one I bought last year was broken. There is no battery connected to the solar panel, so the pump only works when the sun shines directly on the solar pad. If there is a cloud or shadow, it stops working. Otherwise, it was the ideal option for a water feature where I don’t have an electrical outlet.

Purchased this setup to replace a 160gph pump for an outdoor fountain and decided the 320gph rating for this would work based on the solar output. When the panel is in direct sun or at least pointing up to the sky on a sunny day, it works great with my fountain. If it gets cloudy or overcast, the pump will slow until it finally drops below the voltage threshold and stops.I see you can now purchase a battery module for this kit, and I would recommend it or any battery setup if you want the pump to run continuously at a decent flow rate.For my use case, I'm using a solar controller wired to an old 12v wheelchair battery connected to a DC timer so I can turn the fountain off late at midnight until 7:00a. I also use a 12V Step Up to 19V 5A 95W Boost Converter. to allow the pump to run faster at a constant 19v, as if the solar panel were in full sun. Both the timer and step-up transformer are available here in Amazon.The Pump and filter get dirty fast but are easy to clean and disassemble if needed. A small fiber became wrapped around the impellor shaft and stopped the pump. I just removed the 4 screws and was able to clean everything back to new condition. Use a little steel wool on the impellor shaft for a quick polish and it should spin like a top.

Like I said, when the sun is very bright and fully hitting the solar panel straight on, the pump will run, but if there is any shadow, clouds, or the solar panel is not directly facing the sun, the pump slows to a barely there status. And on top of it, when the pump is on full blast, it 'blasts' the nozzle right off the top, making the fountain just a spout from a tube.The pump itself is good. There could be a battery feature that would at least help with poorer light conditions and consistency in the pump running. And if they figured out how to do a locking mechanism to hold the nozzle options on, this would solve a big issue. But alas, none of these are a feature of this unit.I can't recommend this item without the expectation of coming up with some hacks to make the item function as promised.

Received pump but after a few days the pump stopped working. I reached out to the vendor who immediately sent me instructions for repair. I followed the instructions but the pump still failed. Again I reached out to the vendor regarding the faulty pump. He was very apologetic and said he would immediately send out a new one. So I expected in a week or so to receive a new pump but instead, the very next day I received a new pump! I installed the new pump and now, after several weeks, the new pump is still performing perfectly. I have, since delivery, received two follow-up notes from this vendor making sure that everything is going well. I have never felt more care from a supplier before. The emails have been both caring and sincere. I will purchase from this vendor again and gave 5 stars because even though the first pump failed, the concern and resolution were top notch. This customer service person deserves a pay raise as he did everything right!

The pump makes good pressure but is low quality, the outlet fitting is loosely press fitted only and can easily fall out, The outlet is about 3/8" od and the supplied tubes and nozzles do not fit at all, they are 1/2" id. It came with a short roll of clear vinyl 3/8 tubing which I used as a bushing to make the black tubes fit but now the pipe is floppy and doesnt stand straight up. The panel works on full sunlight, the pump will make good pressure but all the mixmatched accessories makes this kind of a joke....like they threw in random parts from a different pump set. Im sure if a beam of bright sunlight hits it and prssure suddenly spike it will like blow the tube right off. Will have to tape and glue everything :(

Bought this March 28th 2024 and it broke May May 29th 2024.The return window is only 30 days so, now I have to find another brand that’s more reliable.My pond fish need reliable aeration and this isn’t the brand for that.Don’t buy from them.
