I love this product! It really helps with my work anxiety and you can feel it start working almost immediately. Perfect for travel. I have brought the bigger box about 6xs. It doesn't make you sleepy. With these travel sized containers you have to desolve 5 pills under the tongue but with the bigger box its only 2. Great value for the money.

For me, this doesn't necessarily stop a panic attack, but when I feel a little stress or anxiety starting it does seem to help. I love that it's completely safe & non addictive, & I feel like it's a good value for the price. If you've never tried homeopathic remedies these are very small balls. You put one under your tongue to dissolve. It's best if you don't eat or drink anything for 15 minutes before or after, although I have taken a sip of water because they do make me a little thirsty due to the slightly sweet taste.

These are sugar pills, there us no proof they do anything other than give a placebo effect. I researched the so called ingredients, most are toxic plants. If they are for real legit using toxic plants in small quantities they'd have to use such small dosages to fit it into these tiny microscopic sugar balls, absolutw hogwash! I do not fall for this mess so easily. I'm not that gullible. It may have a sleepy effect, but I can get that in melatonin. So that may be what's giving people the impression these silly sugar pills actually work, how can you stress or panic if you are asleep? Hmmm? What a waste of money. I can get more relief in herbal tea.

Always seem to get 6 rather than 5. Fits in pocket easy so good for on the go use except being very careful not to spill them. Seem to be the same as the tablets just in little round balls.

My Mom used these when my Dad passed to keep her calm. Recommended by a Pharmasultica Pharmacist and they worked. I bought some when my Mom passed. Indeed they do work. I gave a bottle to a friend and she said they are great. I will buy more. Size is small and comes in a small bottle. Great price and quality is great too.
