ECCO Ecco Howell, Men’s

This is my second pair of Ecco "Howell" shoes - the previous one being brown. They are simply excellent, being very hard wearing and ultra-comfortable (once the leather has softened a little with wear). They fit like gloves and feel wonderful. As a walking shoe for my nature rambles and bird watching hobby, they are my perfect shoe. I wouldn't say they are at all out of place in town, but they are a heavier design than, say, the Ecco Irving.

Super shoes and fit. Hubby put them on and wore them in the house that evening then wore them all day the next day.

Good quality shoe as expected but very tight. I have a pair of Ecco loafers the same size that are OK as far as size is concerned. These new shoes are too tight even though the size is the same as my old shoes. May loosen up with wear but at the moment they are to uncomfortable to wear for long periods.Update.Decided to return these. After several periods of wearing them for a couple of hours it's unlikely that the comfort Will improve. Not sure why they are so tight. Probably a poor design.

I don't agree with the review that says these shoes are light; I find them quite heavy actually. I also went for a walk in them which resulted in blisters on my right heel and left big toe. I've worn Ecco shoes for years so I'm a big fan of Ecco, but on this occasion I'm disappointed with this particular model.

Good shoes, very comfortable and light weight. Past experience said get half a size bigger than your normal UK fitting because of the difference between continental and UK sizes.

My husband loves Ecco shoes and we bought these to replace a pair that he’s had for years. Great product, comfy fit, reasonable price-really pleased.

Great shoes. Fits comfortably after wearing it for a couple of times, and very durable. Used it for hikes and long walks and is very comfortable.

Yet another Echo shoe that fits like a glove and is soooooo comfy.
