I planted my seeds in 3 different locations in my yard. Kind of goes without saying; the richer your soil is the larger your plant and blooms will grow. Duhhhh ..... I said it anyway.Three locations in my yard, and 3 different heights and blooms. The largest plant was almost 3 feet tall, and the other 2 locations grew to about 2 feet tall. Enrich-en your soil if you can.About Sept. here in Indiana, the blooms "droop" downward somewhat and some "miniature Sunflower seeds" start to form, and some fall out. These seeds have already been a feast for some of our birds in the area. I am NOT SURE if these seeds can be saved and planted next year. (I "think" that Hybrids will not grow). I will be planting these again next year using purchased seeds to make sure they grow.

The seeds were pulverized into dust. Can't even return because they literally blew away in my hand. So dissapointed. Wish I cpuod give zero stars.

Almost 100% germination rate! Very pleased!

I direct sowed 5 seeds in my garden (clay soil, hot and humid climate with little rain) and 1 of them grew. It had beautiful blooms and made me happy every time I saw it. Flowers were about 8inches tall and several blooms on one stalk. Perfect flowers for a cut flower garden.

I planted these around my yard to add “height” (I expected 3’ to 4’). The seeds sprouted outdoors very well with regular watering. However, please see attached pictures. This has to be an issue with the seeds. (The rest of my yard is also seed-propagated annuals and they grew to regular heights). Most of these sunflowers grew less than 9”, with the tallest topping out at 15”. Pretty disappointing.

First and foremost-I am an amateur gardener. All I did was placed the seeds in a sunny spot and water once in a while. Nature did the rest. These seeds matured to beautiful, healthy and thick flowers. So, so, so many from one pack. Each seed led to several blooming plants. I’m in love with these.No second guessing-get these! And be patient! They took a while but it was worse the wait.
