Pieces missing
Just had this fitted, bought it a while back, guess what? some of the pieces were missing, typical.Looks good if it had of all been there, missing the hanging crystals with the hoop.

Amazing customer service
I have had 5 of these lights which are outstanding. They are glass and look far more expensive. They are fabulous for the price. After purchasing my last one several months ago, I have recently broken one of the bowls. I contacted the company through Amazon and asked if it was possible for a replacement. They kindly said they would and today I received it. Outstanding service and good communication. Thank you 😊

Beautiful quality glass crystal chandelier!
Absolutely beautiful quality glass chandelier! I’m over the moon with it! Can’t believe how cheap it was for the quality! Well packaged and fast delivery too. Only slight drawback is it takes a while to assemble (I had to get someone with DIY knowledge to do it) but I’d order again in a heartbeat! It’s stunning!

Gorgeous this is the third chandelier I've bought from this firm you will not be disappointed they look much more expensive they are fantastic and the service this firm give is amazing. The first one I bought was short of some of the accessories I contacted them and a few days later the parts arrived. My electrician was very impressed also so I'm very happy .
