Cinderella Pact [DVD]

A good enough movie to enjoy on a rainy afternoon, it had a positive sisterhood and self-confidence is a must theme. Also, the fat girl meets a cute guy who likes her. I enjoyed the movie and if you want something light without violence or in your face sex scenes, this is a cute one to spend an hour and half watching. It's not your exams, just a relaxing watch, with a few life messages for good measure.

This film flew by and was engaging enough to watch to the end. The story is nothing new or special, but it's well done and the acting was quite good, too. It is a standard message that being thin and attractive will solve all your problems, get you the man and make your life just fabulous.Not a film I'll watch again, but an enjoyable hour and a half.

Very touching and funny, goose-pimply at times. Highlights the agony & distress women experience when they lose faith in themselves, and lose their confidence and self esteem either through male colleagues at work, or their partner. One character put on weight to stop male colleagues making her feel like a sex object. Another believes so strongly that if she had never married her husband no-one else would have been interested in her, which is awful. Nevertheless, this is life and the book's author has nailed it on this subject. As a sensitive guy, it just placed another important jigsaw piece in the puzzle that is life today with such a large divide of understanding between the sex's even though there is so much published. Great film, good script, ending a little too abrupt leaving a few loose ends but very enjoyable.

this isn't naff - it is a wonderful and heartwarming "old" story with a wonderful twist ...would I recommend it - YESwould I watch it again - I JUST DID AND WILL DO IT AGAIN

It feels like a B movie with everything you'd expect from such a category (a few plot sticky points, cliches and some dodgy costume choices), but for a Friday night easy watching, perfect. The one thing which annoys me though is the main character's ''fattiness'': it is done really badly as just looking at her slim face and neck you know the actress is wearing a fat suit and will be inevitably revealed in her normal slim version later on.

For someone who needs to loose weight, this film is wonderful, with good steps to a real goal and if not, don't give up right away...It impresses and speaks to me on so many levels: our friends; try to loose weight; improve our self as well as how we see oneself... little thing to enhance .... even if is just trying something to put a smile in our lips all day long then it will reach our eyes and our mind... as well....

I hadn't seen this before but whilst I was looking i spotted this and thought it looked like I would enjoy it, I'm glad I did because it was a great film and the seller dispatched verry fast too, verry pleased, thankyou.

A goos chick flick, feel good, inspirational. When you want to unwind and just watch something :)
