Nice shelf, easy to assemble
My husband and I bought two of these shelves. One is larger/wider. We need then for our workshop. I do art glass and I wanted the smaller one to hold my small glass sheets, bottles of frit, and some small tools.I put the small one together by myself this past weekend. It took us awhile to get around to assembling them because of some things that came up (life). All of the hardware was present in the box and it was packed really well. The instructions were good. I'm a technical writer and I shudder at most assembly instructions but it was clear that they put some effort into the ones for these shelves. It's not a complicated assembly but the illustrations and instructions assure you know what to do and a few points to be careful about (e.g., having things in the correct orientation). The shelving itself (pressboard) is not as thick and strong as I'd like but I knew that when I bought them and if we need to swap some stronger boards for a some of these shelves, we don't mind. They will be plenty strong enough for most of what we'll have on the shelves. My main concern is my stained glass sheets. They are heavy. I won't exceed the weight limit per shelf but I think the glass will really test that limit and for that reason I'll use a heavier duty board for those shelves.I also plan to seal the shelves just in case of moisture. It was really nice that the gloves and rubber mallet are included in the box. I did use the mallet and was glad to have it because I didn't have one of my own beforehand (and wouldn't have wanted to use a regular hammer). Many of the pieces fit together with a little muscle power, no mallet needed, but others needed a bit of pounding. My husband showed me to place a small board over the top end when connecting the upper half of the structure to the lower half. At first I had a hard time getting those pieces to fully connect, but using a board between the mallet and the bracket was like magic! Right together!I have the smaller one in place with some of my things on it. I will anchor it to the wall, but I wanted to be sure of placement first. I'll build the larger one soon and we plan to order at least one more of the large one. We wanted to seem them first before getting more.Yes, you can buy sturdier shelves but these are a very good deal, appear to be well made and well thought-out, and I'm sure they will work for us for years to come and we are glad to have them. And you get the bonus of the mallet! We did have a problem with the delivery but that was not the vendor's fault. The carrier delivered both boxes to the wrong address in our rural area. They left then leaning against a fence outside of the person's property (i.e., carrier photo) and someone stole them before we figured it out. We know the people and we know they wouldn't have kept them themselves. The vendor assured me I shouldn't worry and they sent us replacement shelves right away. I did inform the carrier that it was their mistake and I hope that the vendor's claim is honored, that they are not out of pocket on this.We won't hesitate to order from this vendor again, both because of their great customer service and because we are happy with the shelving.

Not complicated. Takes longer than 10 minutes to assemble
It took me about 45 minutes to put it together. Not a big deal, but certainly not the 10 minutes mentioned in the description. But it was easy to figure out. I did it alone, but I imagine two people could get it done in 30 minutes.Other than the supplied rubber mallet, you will need a phillips head screwdriver. I found that a small socket ratchet was helpful too. That being said, it seems to be well made. It will certainly fill the bill in my wife's craft room. She is storing paints, tools, etc.My only small complaint, is the rubber feet that comes with the shelves. These are fine as feet. But they also used on the top to prevent you from cutting your self on the top edge. If you assemble the shelf as indicated, they don't completely fit. They don't seem secure. I guess you could go one hole lower with the top shelf, and get a better fit. This was on sale for less then $90.00 on Amazon. I think that this is a fair price, and we will use this for a very long time.

Easy assembly, definitely NOT heavy duty
Overall a great shelf that I assembled alone in 20 minutes. The assembly is tool free and comes with a rubber mallet for ensuring a good fit when snapping in the frame. I bought this shelf for my pantry and it does everything I need it to. The reason I gave this 4 stars and not 5 is because the shelves are nowhere near as thick as I wanted. They are at best 1/4” thick and if you were to put anything heavy directly in the middle of the shelf, it would likely sag either immediately or soon thereafter. I also thought that one side of the shelf was black, it is not. The frame felt flimsy to me when taking it out of the box, but once assembled seemed ok. I would never feel comfortable putting anything very heavy on this, but for kitchen appliances and such, it’s perfect.A couple tips when assembling: put the four rubber boots on the pieces of the floor rails FIRST before assembling anything. Also, make sure you put the “wooden” shelf in at each level - otherwise it may not fit once you add the next level. Learned that the hard way.

Great shelves
Great shelves, super quick and easy to assemble. Not the sturdiest and the shelving part seems kind of weak but they hold my heavy tools well. I bought four of these for my warehouse and they keep all my tools and materials nice and organized. Great for the price.

Customer Service is Responsive
UPDATE: Customer Service contacted me and everything is now straightened out. I am switching my rating from 3 to 5 stars in light of their diligence.I bought two of these. First one is great. Everything fit together. Second one arrived with two pieces that are twisted. I could get one to work but no luck on the other piece. Ideally, I'd contact Primezone and get them to send the one piece that I need and then move on with my life. There is no ability to contact them. I can return the item but that is a pain in the neck. I am hoping that somebody from Primezone notices the review, takes pity on me, and sends me an upper vertical piece so that I can finish the shelf assembly. What I can tell you is that if you happen to get a box with the parts all straight, it's a really durable shelving unit.

Is ok shelf but not very sturdy.
The shelf is a good size but the pictures and description are misleading. This is not very sturdy. While putting together the interlocks, the metal bar bent. The shelves are super thin pressboard. I ended up covering them with contact paper to make it look better.Shelf works, but don’t get it if you are looking for sturdy, and strong.

Extremely easy to assemble
I ordered these units in order to get more storage space in my basement. It's a snowy morning here, so I decided to try putting one together. From opening the box and reading thru the instructions to final assembly took me about 25 minutes, working alone (the instructions suggest 2 people to put the unit together). I went ahead and assembled the 2nd unit, which took only about 10 minutes. Super easy, even for a woman in her 60s!The units feel sturdy, and will be perfect for my mid-range storage needs. I'll post more after actually filling them, but so far I'm very pleased.
