Works great. Bleach smell can be overpowering with someone has breathing issues
They are quite potent.They have really kept our toilet bowels clean and we have hard water in the office.The only downside is that if you have any breathing issues, the bleach smell is quite strong.

Worked by strong bleach smell
So these worked and lasted a couple of weeks. They do have a strong bleach smell. Didn’t bother me much but did bother my wife. So we stopped using and will try something else.

Worth it
I wasn't sure how these would work, since a lot of reviews are very sparse on information.But they're actually great. I purchased these as a way to clean the toilets interior passage you can't get with a scrubber. I had a concert mold may be growing inside the toilet. After dropping a tablet into two toilets, I can say they actively clean and do help with keeping the toilet clean.I also noticed the toilets flush better, likely from de-scaling all the hard water build up in the toilet. So much so the water was coming out yellow when I flushed. I realized it was even de-scaling the inside of the tank, and that was causing the yellow color when I flushed.These totally work, and help keep the toilet clean. You can smell bleach sometimes. But I'm thoroughly surprised. Now I just have to decide if I'm willing to keep using these, at the expense of the bleach slowly eating the seals in the tank. I'm considering taking the chance since replacing the seals isn't that big of a job.
