Bought from another retail outlet. 2.5 years of solid use. Didn't even break a sweat even once. No hang no apps lag no stutters. Perfect fluid like os with elegant design and icons feels matured enough. Only let down was camera. Kirin processor keeps up easily.Notable factor phone didn't even hang a bit and even after 2.5 years it was as good as new.

The media could not be loaded. HonorI am one of the biggest victim of Huwaei Honors cheating.Phone looks great and features are awesome but here come the twist. Don't fall for the features..... Reliability is much important. Business strategy of Huwaei Honor is to integrate the whole internal parts which results in replacement of the entire mother board for all the silly reasons; even for a battery change or a OS problem. Whatever, service centers changes the whole internal board. So only thing that's not replaced is display alone:):)No china companies have better servicing centers in India.Also please dont upgrade your phone to Android 5.1 by downloading the upgrade from Hihonor " hihonor.in/" website because its buggy and my phone is dead after the upgrade. And to repair it, service center wants to replace the whole motherboard set, which costs 9000 rupees! An untested release of an upgrade from Huwaei costed me 9000. After mine and several other complaints, Honor team have removed the Downloads page from "hihonor.in/" during Starting from February 20th, not sure when they will enable it. May be after fixing buggy Lollypop upgrade.I suggest not to buy any of Honor Products by falling for the spectacular features, because once if the mobile is down you have to change the entire mother board. Also the technicians are trained to replace boards but not repairing the damaged component.Please go for reliable phone, for example MICROSOFT Lumia, MotoG, HTC, Samsung and even Micromax are low in cost and is one of the best. Also software upgrades are smooth and reliable.I request Amazon not to encourage Honor products due to lack of genuine service centers Please dont buy Huwaei Honor phones is my request!

After lolypop upgrade screen resolution reduced to 1024 x 720 pixel from 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. Its looks good, battery is non-removable hence back cover can't be open.My phone back cover bend from upper side and inside parts can be easily visible from outside.

The device is a Gem,But the service from Huawei is total wasteI had a sim slot issue due to me inserting a sim with adapter ending up in breaking sim slot pinsOne service center kept my device for near to one month and now in bangalore, already its running 35 days and no solution.So use this device at your own risk,Any part-relating to motherboard and display will make you run around to service center and also give money to their customer-care
