PRO: Have used the pads for 6 weeks now under a drain board and as a base for my espresso making. If they're just absorbing rinse water that drips off your rinsed dishes drying in a rack, then the water seems to disappear quickly without a trace. They seem to make coffee drips disappear too.CON: they are a bit undersized. Actual 23"x15.75" for the two 24x16 pads I have, and actual 31"x16.75" for the 31.5x16 one.As drain pad: I don't know if the water absorbs into the surface or just evaporates quickly. If I lift it up to check the bottom, the pad does not seem wet or sodden underneath where it's absorbed dripped water. I live in a dry climate and water evaporates relatively quickly here. But when I was using a regular silicon rubber drain pad (also dark grey), every bit of drained water seemed to leave stains, brown puddles, and looked bad--I had to clean a silicon pad constantly to keep it looking clean. This drain pad looks new and clean after 6 weeks, with no maintenance or wiping up. Fabric/cloth drain pads also stain, and they can mildew and need to be laundered, but the stains remain. This AMOAMI pad has none of those problems.As coffee / espresso area pad: I have not seen any staining with dripped coffee either; I usually wipe up dripped coffee with a sponge or cloth, and it seems to wipe up easily. But if I forget to wipe it up, it seems to have disappeared without a trace. Some reviews comment about mess and staining, and those comments seem to be related to the lighter colors. My comments apply only to the dark grey.

I've been using this single mat for one week now, and I must say, it has proven to be an excellent addition to my coffee setup. I've placed it under my coffee machine, and it's the perfect size to accommodate not only my coffee machine but also my tamping station and more. It's great that I made sure to get the right size for my needs.The functionality of this mat is impressive. It's been particularly useful as a base for my espresso-making activities. Even coffee drips don't seem to pose a problem. I've found that wiping up spilled coffee with a sponge or cloth is easy and effective. And even on occasions when I've forgotten to clean up a coffee spill, the mat manages to make the evidence vanish.Initially, I was disappointed because I thought I had ordered the black version of the mat, but it turned out that I received the dark gray one instead. While this was my mistake, it did leave me a bit underwhelmed. However, considering the hassle of returning, I've decided to stick with it.Overall, I'm quite pleased with my purchase, and this mat has significantly contributed to a cleaner and more organized coffee space, explicitly tailored for my coffee-related needs.

I set up a coffee station for my husband using a pastry marble which is beautiful and my husband was for ever spilling coffee on it. Ugh if you have marble you know it stains easily. I was cleaning his coffee station every time he made coffee trying to keep it nice. I purchased the biggest one of these pads available and no longer have to worry about staining the marble or the granite countertops. I use the pastry marble for pastries now and let my husband clean his coffee station after his last cup of coffee in the morning. It’s saved our marriage.

I bought this for my coffee bar. It is super absorbent and easy to clean. It came rolled up and took a while to completely flatten, but other than that it is perfect.

Love the size. love the color. Great fit under coffee pot. They are water assorbant so careful. I bought a plastic placemat to put underneath and it also slides out to clean better and stops any water from going all the way through.

I want more! These look great in the kitchen. Easy to wipe down. Stay clean. Slight odor upon arrival but that was to be expected with the material.

Easy to clean and protects the wooden counter from coffee spills!

The main thing I hate it that when you first get it, it comes rolled, this caused the mat to want to keep trying to roll itself Back up when I see it on my counter. I’ve added some weights to the corners to try and make it stop but one corner still wants to roll.

Looks sleek and really easy to clean. It’s not 100% black but more on the grey/black side. I wish I opted for the bigger size to cover the whole area, but I still really like it and glad I purchased it.
