ULTA Waterproof Mascara Topcoat

This stuff works! I don’t like waterproof mascara as it seems that the formula is always inferior. This way I get to use my favorite mascara and have it stay on better without flaking or smearing. The Ulta topcoat goes on well. It’s a little bit white at first but dries clear. It does not get into my eyes and make them itch like other formulas.

Great for use by itself or over another mascara that's not waterproof.
