When the toilet seat arrived the fittings and the fitting instructions where missing. When I contacted the seller they said that they would send out the fitting. However, they sent out another toilet seat complete with fittings etc. It's not the best quality but for the price it's very good.

Met expectations although part of the goods were missing. However after informing the seller the bits were dispatched quickly. This was good value for money and service was good. Would recommend.

OK for the price but would certainly not describe as luxury.The good thing about it is with the fittings being hidden it is more hygenic and easier to keep clean .An idea other manufacturers should look into.

I only received this today so I haven't been able to get it fitted yet, but it does look good and I think it'll be OK.

this seat is good for the money and it was easily fitted,i got this one for the slow close action to stop my grandchildren getting hurt

I received this item and fitted it immediately. Initially quite impressed but noticed a short while after the seat plastic spacers started to stick to the pan ream. I checked the rest and these seem to be very loose in the seat spacer recess. Due to this two of the spacers have disappeared and I assume have flushed down the toilet. I now observe that the seat does now not seat flush on the pan and is flexing due to a gap between the seat the and pan. I would suspect that it wont be long before the seat starts to split and break. I am going out tomorrow to buy a better seat as very disappointed with the seat supplied by you.

We bought these for the simple fact that the lid is removable (due to our system being close to the seat making the lid not be able to stay up properly) so this makes life easier , medium difficulty to install once you get the hang of it due to some bits that move around but over all ok

Tried several differnt toilet seats to be honest and this one so far has been the best. Would recommend this item.
