I was using plushies & round bolster pillows until I found this. Always fell asleep on them asap (frequently by accident too) vs my usual pillow. Regular pillows (even the expensive ones & those from my chiro) just leave me hurting in the mornings & my migraines getting worse. I don’t fall asleep as easily.This one is just a dream. I’m a side sleeper but occasionally fall asleep on my back. This is the firmness necessary for both & so it can do its job. I would seriously travel with this too if I could just leave a millimeter of extra space in my stuffed luggages. It’s tiny & light but does it’s job well. I recommend it to everyone. My 3 herniated discs + migraines are a lot happier. Wish it came with pillow cases tho.If I had to compare it to anything, it’s like sleeping with someone in a cuddle and having their strong arm under your neck supporting your head & neck. But better. Your spine stays in perfect alignment.I’ve already recommended it to my family. I’m now recommending it to you.

Over all this is excellent. It works great for sleeping on my back. But it is way too firm to use as a pillow while side sleeping. The product description and pictures show people side sleeping with this pillow, but there is no way that is possible.

If you wake up with a stiff neck, this is for you. Perfect support.

I would not say it is 'soft.' I would call it firm. Wasn't that helpful as I was looking for something actually soft. If you like firm support it should work for you - made decently.

First of all, I have a back injury so need to sleep on a wedge type pillow. The neck support did not stay in place and in my mind, was very hard and uncomfortable. Therefore, this product did not meet my needs so had to return.

I had my doubts about this cervical pillow, but decided to take a chance and purchased it. Let me explain that to find that sweet spot of comfort I need a pillow that tips my head back just a little, a pillow that keeps its' shape and yet is soft enough to cushion my neck and head. Well, color me surprised and very pleased because this little pillow does it all. On top of all this goodness, it seems to help my lumbar subluxation. I definitely get a better nights' sleep. It was an excellent purchase.

I was excited to find & receive this cervical pillow. I had high hopes that this would help with neck support while using my adjustable bed. Unfortunately, this pillow is NOT made of memory foam as described. If it was actually memory foam and not cheaper regular foam, I'm sure it would be the pillow I've been searching for. It is as hard as a rock & it hurts my neck. The comfort & foam quality get a 0-1. The quilted cover gets a 3-4 & is quite nice although it is a deep blue which some may not like. I'm giving it an overall score of a 2. Regardless of all this, I will sadly be returning it.

After a year or two of sleeping at a 30-degree incline for my GERD, I developed neck problems from using a regular pillow with the elevated position on my adjustable bed. This pillow completely solved my issues! The flat back of the pillow also stays firmly in place and doesn’t slide down the incline. I would recommend anyone sleeping elevated to try this pillow.
