Great sea Rod/Reel combo for beginners
Bought this combination having not fished for over 40 years; didn't know if I would take to it again so didn't want to spend a fortune. I have now used the kit several times and I am delighted with it. Professional had a quick look at it for me (needed help tying hook to the end of the line ) and he reckoned it was a strong rod with a capable reel. Thought it was an ideal combination to fish with and represented excellent value for money. have caught fish with it but as yet nothing worthy of the chef's attention but that's not the fault of rod and reel. I currently see no reason to upgrade any time soon but my fishing style could do with some attention.

Brilliant Value & Service
Item arrived LESS THAN 24 hrs after the order was placed (ordered late afternoon and came the following mid-morning!) and a full FIVE DAYS sooner than the earliest estimated delivery date. So a big "well done" to Angling Supplies Ltd for simply outstanding service. The rod and reel combo was sensationally good value and exactly as described. And despite being a 'budget' item is right up to the task - I was landing fish with it within an hour of it's arrival. Brilliant. Can't recommend this company and this deal highly enough.

Brilliant
Haven't fished for about 10 years, so didn't want to spend a lot incase i didn't enjoy myself.. I ordered this rod and reel without reading the reviews (which i read after i ordered) reading the reviews was a mixed bag and i didn't know what to expect but it was a brilliant piece of kit and can't fault it at all.. and was delivered a week before the delivery date which was even better

My husband was very pleased to recieve it as a Christmas gift, although he hasn't been fishing yet .. too cold for him at the moment. He's a carp fisherman and as we now live near the Severn estuary he wants to try it.
