Does the looper come with a power supply?

No. it is is charged with your usb connections.

Does it come with the power cord?? (The same pedal from Lekato does not.)

No power cord comes with this pedal.

Can you plug in your jead phone and lisen that way with out haveing the amp hooked up

Not really an answer per se, this thing is a piece of junk - don't waste your money on it.

Where's the manual? For the looper not the page turner. Can't seem to clear a loop.

this is not the product I purvhased.
