Christmas Cookie Biscuit Stainless Steel Cutter 8packs - Christmas Tree, Snowman, Sleigh, Elk for Kids/Party

The cutters are good quality and they do make the cookies shown. What kind of cookie would these work best in cutting, in execution, and in durability and how thin should I roll the dough? I would have enjoyed these so much more it I hadn't had to deal with these questions. I still don't have satisfying answers, sorry (my best batch, I still ended up cutting out the notches to make them fit and about 1/5 broke during assembly or decoration). But, the final assembled cookies looked great. Everyone thought they were fantastic. I'm definitely willing to make another go at figuring it out... Next year.FYI: these do make great salt dough cookie sculptures (rolled a bit less than 1/4"), but it takes both flouring of the cutters and LOTS patience to get the dough actually out of the cutters. Expect about 10 minutes of removal per set without special tools.

These are really cute and a great idea, I was not overly satisfied with the results. They did not stand well or fit together all that well, I may just need to use thicker dough, I made them think like regular so I will try again and make adjustments.

I think this is a great idea and they cut well. The problem is that the gingerbread expanded so I couldn't put the 2 pieces together. Next time I'll know to make the opening bigger at the bottom to allow more room.

Disappointed in the results. No suggestions or recommendations on what cookie recipe to use. Tried two different recipes and two different thicknesses and was unsuccessful in getting the cookies to stand. It may not be the product, but it would be nice to include a recipe to better assure successful cookie assembly. Disappointed, but still hoping I find a cookie recipe that might yield a 3D cookie.

The reindeer legs are very tiny and sometimes don't fit into the deer without breaking but the rest are great. You just have to be careful with those legs when inserting them. Everything is great though.

Not the best fit. The tree is cool and snowman. They others don’t fit together all that well but are still cute. Just make sure your cookie recipe is a good one and don’t roll out too thin.

I sent these as a gift to my mother- she loves holiday baking and this took it to a whole new level. Most importantly- they worked. She has perfected her sugar cookie dough so if your dough “grows” to much it might now work as well.A great addition to a bakers set!

These cutters are nice in theory, but most of the ones I baked didn’t stand up due to the way they spread a little once baked. Maybe if they get chilled after they are cut, it will work better. I can update my review once I try that.
