Great product. Finally a soft ice wrap for my head and neck. Works great for migraine headaches or any headache.

This product was 100% worth the buy for me. While it does feel the coldest the first 15 minutes as others have said, I find that it still stays cold enough to continue to provide comfort and reprieve from the pain of my migraine for 40+ minutes. I’m tempted to buy another set to use while one set cools in the freezer. I bought the medium and it fits very comfortably and I believe my head to be average size for a female. I like that it fits somewhat snug. If you find that ice bags help with your migraine, I suggest buying this product.

Highly recommend having this cooling & heating duo on board . It by far is the most comfortable ice pack I've ever used on any part of my body. It's soft and feels nice of skin. Haven't used heat yet but as far as an ice pack . Perfect for any area & I love how comfy is on head as well.. although it's definitely chilly so if you're not wanting a shock leave out a couple minutes before putting on . 5 star product & will get another as a perfect gift for anyone really

So I bought this as a gift because the poor woman suffers from migraines. When she puts this on, she says that her migraines go away. This is the best medicine ever. She absolutely loves it and takes it with her wherever she goes. If she staying a night away from home, She takes it with her because she doesn't want to go without this. It works that well!!

These have worked SO well for me when I have a migraine! The nice part is that it works for head and neck area, giving my body time to cool down so I can fall asleep easier.

It helps, but it doesn't stay cold very long. Maybe 10-15 min.
