Great Storage for Summer Sandals
I purchased this unit to store my many pairs of flip flops and sandals. Luckily, when it arrived I had someone here to haul it inside as it is a very, very heavy package. I knew it was going to be a challenge to put it together, but, I figured I would at least give it shot before I called my son for assistance. I had read several reviews where some people were missing parts so the first thing I did was to separate and count all of the items. Everything was accounted for except the little plugs used to cover the screws. I found the directions easy to get through once I figured out what the pictures were trying to tell me. There is no written set of directions. Just pictures. I managed to understand everything that I was instructed to do, although, It was necessary to really pay attention to the parts pictures to see what direction they were supposed to be facing. Everything was labeled except for two pieces, but again, by looking at the illustrations I was able to figure out what they were. I will admit that it took this 73 year old grandma a long time to complete the assembly but complete it I did! The hardest part for me was getting down on the floor to do some of the work and then attempting to get back up. I took my sweet time during this project because I did not want to make mistakes. I was amazed at how easy it was to complete each section once I interpreted the pictorial diagrams. The lack of strength in my hands made it a bit difficult to screw in all of the screws that were needed, but I managed. The hardest task was when I was putting in the little caps and locks for the doors. This was done after the unit was attached to the wall. I actually thought that maybe this section should have been done before the unit was in an upright position. But, because everything else was falling so easily into place, I opted to follow the directions. I really could have used 2 people for this part as I found it difficult to hold up the pieces with one hand and maneuver the screw driver into place with the other to screw in the tiny screws. I spread the work out over 2 days.. the first day I worked from 2 pm to 6 pm and I completed the rest of it the next day working 3pm -6pm. Had I had an electric screw driver things would have gone MUCH faster. A younger person with less arthritic hands would be able to complete it in a much shorter time period. I am going into such detail because I almost did not purchase this unit because there were people who wrote negative reviews about the unit. I ALWAYS read the reviews. I then base my decision whether or not to purchase on what was said. I am so glad I decided to buy this kit. It is EXACTLY what I needed to store my sandals. The wood was sturdy, holes were perfectly lined up, extra hardware was included and everything was in excellent condition. I might write to the company to try to get some vanity caps to cover the screws, but maybe not, as i am not that particular. I am very pleased with my purchase and my ability to put it together! Fits perfectly in my very narrow hallway!

Great for smaller shoes, like flats but ANCHOR IT TO THE WALL!!!
Great storage for shoes! It was simple enough to put together and is sturdy. There are two sizes for each shelf, basically an additional spacer you can put in. With the spacer in, it's great for flats, heels laid on their sides, and running shoes at a slant if they have a taller back. We left the spacer out in one of the drawer/spaces and it holds work boots and taller heals really well. It's not the deepest though, so if you have anything longer than a 9 men's shoe, you have to put the shoes in at a slant and then it holds fewer shoes. It works great for 8.5ish women's shoes, especially if you wear a lot of flats though! YOU HAVE TO ANCHOR IT TO THE WALL!!!! When you open the drawer things when they have anything in them, it's heavy and will cause it to fall if you're not careful, so anchor it to the wall, especially if you have kids or jerk bag cats that insist on opening every cabinet/drawer they can reach so you almost have to baby proof your house.

Good overall with some caveats
I got the 6 drawer version, which sits on the ground and not on legs. This unfortunately means it doesn't go above molding so the back can't be flush against the wall, which means the wall anchors are exposed if you use them.Otherwise, the styling and functionality are nice. Assembly takes a while because of how many pieces there are, and the last step of installing the drawers almost requires a second person. Drawers will fit six smaller shows or five larger shoes.

Great
Some minor damage, but otherwise it was packed very well and the thankfully not with the cheap styrofoam that breaks into a billion pieces and gets everywhere. It looks super nice, and is a lot better than what we previously were using. The mechanism for opening and closing is ugly, but it does the job seemingly very well (so far no issues with a full section able to open and close very smoothly).I love that it’s so low profile, yet holds so many shoes. Highly recommended it as a solution for shoe storage.

Awesome Shoe Rack
This shoe rack is fantastic. It can hold around 18 pairs of regular tennis shoes and maybe more shoes if you have flip flops or small shoes that can stack. If you have shoes that are size 10+ for men’s, your shoes will be slanted to fit. The shoe rack contains smell to a certain extent. It’s relatively straight forward to set up. You will want to anchor it just for extra precautions so you don’t have to be cautious putting shoes in/taking them out.

Easy to assemble
It was easy to assemble. All the parts and hardware were clearly labeled. It was nice that they included extra hardware. For example, if you needed 5 screws, they provided 6.

Perfect shoe cabinet. So cute.
I love this shoe cabinet. It was easy to put together and looks great in my hallway. No more shoes all over the floor.

Very cute but doesn't help as much as I hoped
This is beautiful and very well made, however, it doesn't solve my shoe storage issues.I have very limited space in this house and no closet in the foyer so I've always resorted to using toy boxes or big wicker baskets to store shoes. And I hated that. So I thought I'd try this.Family of 4, husband wears a 10.5, I wear a size 8 and the 2, 18yr old boys wear a 9 in men's shoes. I can't get nearly enough of their shoes in this thing to eliminate my wicker baskets. So I will have to figure something else out in addition to this because I'm keeping it.
