These have been a fantastic alternative to other throat lozenges that I've used in the past. No harsh taste and they last a long time when I have one. They're definitely on the spendy side, but I've been using them enough to make it worth my while. They do vary in size and shape. I think a time or two I've had less than what the package says will be in it. I recently received a package that seemed like it had been stored poorly. It was very dark with a bitter taste. I contacted the company and they told me to return it and not consume them. Amazon refunded me the money fully!

I absolutely love these and want to buy more I went through the pack in about 2 days. They're delicious in my opinion and helped soothe my throat. They work and worth buying!

Tasty and sweet! Maybe too sweet for some and you have to really actually love honey, since this real honey. I happen to be a big fan of honey and so I think these are flavorful. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is I think they could do without the amount of sugar as I think honey is sweet enough on its own. However, at least the sugar is organic. The cool thing about these are that while the outer drop is slightly hard and easily softens as it slowly dissolves in your mouth, the very center contains what I am guessing is the echinacea, which is like a miniature hard candy at center of each drop.

These drops are absolutely a life saver!! They actually work and taste very good!! Started with a scratchy throat and cold symptoms, after just one drop my throat felt 100% better!! My husband agrees, he said he’s a believer! Worked for him as well! The BEST cough drops I have ever bought! No medicine taste at all, actually very light and sweet and oh so soothing!! I will forever buy these! Do not hesitate!!

First time buying. New must have. We just went from winter to spring and my daughter and I have a non stop dry itchy throat. These little honey drops are so delicious. We love them. I can tell my pantry will always be stocked now.

I have been having a daily dose of Manuka Honey during these past few months. It seems to be helping my immune system. I found these drops and now I am addicted. I feel this is a great and delicious way to get my daily dose of immunity. I know they are not medicinal, but I think they are really helping me and I look forward to having one each day. I love them so much I am now giving them as gifts. Definitely in my WIN column.

Our family prefers the drops, for both flavor choices and lack of a stick. Might be good for small children tho.
