I found the book not very helpful to be honest because what is mostly written in the book you learn straight away in the game. Prices on crops and fish are useful but I was hoping for more information about the residents in this game like when their birthdays are and what gifts they like, recipes for cooking etc. You get an option to look inside the book before purchasing it which was showing colourful pictures but unfortunately this isn’t correct as the pictures are in all in black and white.
