I always thought this sort of thing was nonsense but I was sleeping so badly I was willing to try anything, so I was not just pleased that it works but astonished at how well. It didn’t get off to a good start as I really don’t like the smell of lavender, but I was asleep within minutes and slept right through to morning - even waking before the alarm which is unheard of for me. This experience was repeated every night for a couple of weeks until last night - I went to bed very tired but just could not get off to sleep. I finally drifted off after about an hour only to wake up ten minutes later and another 30 mins of not sleeping. I then realised I hadn’t used my pillow spray… one quick spray later and I was asleep with a minute and didn’t stir until 7:30 when I woke up feeling wide awake and refreshed. Very highly recommended.

I ordered this for a care package and it was the perfect size. I also had a cheeky sniff and it smells divine!

these Restore Balance body and room mist sprays from Tisserand - rose, geranium and clary sage smell absolutely gorgeous,I ordered a job- lot of 6 sprays from Amazon this time.However there are only two that came with lids!The package was sealed so I don't think they can have fallen out.So I am missing 4x lids! strange.

use this every night to help me sleep, its all part of finding peacefulness. Smells divine

Brought this product because of all the social media hype on TikTok... been a while now and have been using mainly consistently but so far this has not worked or enhanced my sleep 🙁 smells nice though

Wonderful strong fragrance, which lasts all night.Dries quickly. I like to spray it on my pillows and curtains.

Mature user.. nice smell if you like essential oils. Fairly strong smell but fades after a while.I like to spritz over the body and have also used with body lotion.Update: still loving this product! Being that I have chemically treated hair, i only wash every other day. For a refresh..I tried it by giving a spritz on mid to end lengths and brushed through. . Wow!. love the way it makes it soft and shiny- especially with dry ends- I avoided roots.My hair is medium length and texture..Did not weigh it down!I don’t know how this would work on fine hair.. so would recommend doing a tester.
