I bought two of these to replace similar sized non-stick trays. I wanted stainless steel because it doesn't shed toxic coating and is lightweight. These are everything I was hoping for. They are light but not flimsy. Food cooks evenly on them and they do not warp at high temperatures. They fit side by side on one oven shelf which is very handy. The size is ideal for cooking for one or two people. As long as they are lightly greased before use, food doesn't stick to them. They are very easy to hand wash (a short soak loosens any food residues) and come up sparkling. I haven't washed them in the dishwasher yet as it might affect the mirror smoothness of the surface. I expect they will last many years.

These trays are fantastic. Easily washed in dishwasher or by hand. Very versatile and would definitely recommend them. First class!

Purchased to replace ordinary baking tray where enamel was coming off. Mainly used for frozen chips/roast potatoes etc and it works well without sticking. Have two smaller stainless steel trays but this is a good size for two people. Fits in the dishwasher, so an excellent purchase.

I read the reviews and purchased this item. Sadly though it does scratch badly !

Forget non stick, this is a great little tray.

These are just what I was looking for. Ideal for my tabletop oven and no peeling of any coating as I've experienced with coated trays.
