Needed some natural antibiotics for skin infections, and even had to use for one omy dogs (cut open the capsule and mix with olive oil as too strong undiluted for dogs) when she had a chest infection and it also helped me with pneumonia in the summer as couldn't get to Dr's been a carer. Easy to swallow, seems to work

Great for helping with sibo like conditions. took for 2weeks then stopped for a week then a further week. 2 to 4 a day. Great stuff.

I take these at night to see if any change and their not as strong as they say they are no change in my health by taking these I will just finish them off and see what may develop or not. The strength is low from others I have seen on line and the price is a bit expensive.

Very useful as an alternative to antibiotics. I do not take kindly to prescription antibiotics as they murder all my good bacteria making me feel worse so find these a safe and gentle alternative for mild chest infections. Do not however rely on them to cure Bronchitis or other sever infections, always seek medical advice.

I took these miracle workers for two years, i didn't get ill, suffered from no uti's, or thrush recurrence. I stopped taking them as i ran out and just forgot to get them, i once began to suffer from these problems again. I realised it must be due to these supplements as now things are starting to get back under control. You need these in your life if you are like me and suffer from recurring thrush or UTI'S !!!

There is a lack of information on this product as regards the carvacrol content (which I understand to be the key active ingredient for its antibacterial benefits). I emailed the supplier - Smarter Choices - but they have not properly answered my query in this regard. Only to say that the product is not standardised. I am therefore not able to properly compare it with competitor products.
