I’m 48, and when it comes to competency-based interviews, my nerves tend to affect my performance. I've never landed a job I really wanted because of it. I had an internal interview at my current company and, due to nerves and other factors, I was unsuccessful. This week, I had another interview, and with how important this job was to me, I knew I needed to try something to help manage my anxiety. After doing some research, I found this product and decided to give it a go.Now, if you're looking for something that will completely eliminate nerves, this isn’t it. However, it made a noticeable difference. While I still felt nervous, I didn’t get caught up in the usual cycle of overthinking and stressing. I wasn’t completely free from nerves, but I felt much more present and less overwhelmed. The boost in confidence might not have come instantly, but I definitely felt calmer and more in control. It tastes like lemon, and while I did experience a slight bit of nausea for the first 10 minutes, that quickly passed. By the end, I realized I had made it through the interview with less stress than usual.I highly recommend this product – it won’t eliminate nerves, but it will help you manage them so you can perform more smoothly.

This helps calm my anxiety. And when I’m unable to sleep it helps to relax me and I’m able to fall asleep. I wish it was slightly cheaper but it’s a great product and it works for me. If you do have anxiety please do discuss with your general practitioner. I hate that this product is regularly out of stock so I have to buy at least 2 at a time.

Firstly let me set the record straight...the dropper does work... If you are trying to fill the entire dropper up you will be taking too much! It fills it for the correct dosage. If unsure get a syringe like the ones you get in children medicine and measure 2mls... I repeat do not try and fill the whole dropper you will be taking too much! This stuff is amazing and lasts forever...I've looked into it and you can take more than the dose it says on here so I take two droppers morning and night and it's lowered my heart rate and my stress readings and my sleep is deeper and I look forward to more great affects as I keep taking it . I highly recommend it

I find this really helps lower my heart rate and anxiety feelings if I've drank too many coffees / a strong coffee. Also tastes quite nice.

I've been suffering with anxiety and stress for over a year now. Thought I'd give this a go. Sadly doesn't work at all for me. I used a 3ml syringe to get the correct dosage as the dropper is useless. Taste is ok just wish it worked.
