I received them flat not fluffy
I received vaccum packed and even after opening these were not fluffy, they were flat

I ordered the pack of 4 cushions and only received 2. I can see a lot of reviews like this so be cautious. I have returned for a refund - such a hassle!

Wrong size and quantity
I ordered 3 sets of 2 pillows 60x60, received 3 pillows in total, two are 60x60 and one is 50x50. Pillows are good though as cushions.

Not fluffy at all
Poor quality, received super flat and no amount of rubbing and fluffing could help the situation. Who even vacuum seals a pillow so flat like that though?
