I do see a difference in the coloring of my teeth and it does give a lasting whitening effect, but the taste of the green goo is absolutely disgusting(like the taste of kelp gridded up with the texture of sea moss) also when I take the strips off, half the time the green stuff doesn’t come and the process is just disgusting and draining.
