Faber Castell Trio Sharpening Box - Silver

Over the last 6mths I have really gotten into adult colouring books, they have been super helpful for a way of making me relax and have some quiet time whilst also doing something that is enjoyable. Because of this I’ve worked my way through a fair few packets of pencil crayons, but I never really found the right sharpener to keep them in good condition— They would become blocked quite quickly, and then ultimately cause the crayon to either snap or cause enough damage to the lead/tip it would subsequently make that colour unusable. They would oversharpen and then cause the nib to break as I placed it on the page and that was just annoying after the third time of buying a sharpener happened. But with this Faber Castelle I haven’t had any problems whatsoever!! It’s awesome. Easy to use, easy to clean, it doesn’t get blocked, it’s light, and it sharpens the crayons like a dream in a split second! And not only that but you’re getting three sharpeners for the price of one included into the unit. You’ve got one for colouring pencils, one for graphite pencils, and even one for chunkier crayons or pencils and to top it off it even has a small chamber to collect the shavings so there is NO MESS. Its functionality is truly EPIC. Best purchase I’ve made yet when it comes to pencil sharpeners! And I can promise you don’t look ELSEWHERE, buy it now if you’re in need of a new sharpener. 10/10 VERY HAPPY!

BELIEVE THE HYPE! I’ve been a teacher for 24 years and over this time, I have bought many pencil sharpeners for my classes. None of them can hold a candle to the Faber - Castell sharpener. During the last year I’ve have started sketching, and I needed a sharpener. When I tried this sharpener, I was blown away. Every pencil is sharpened perfectly and the shavings are collected inside, which means no more shavings on the floor, table, etc. I also have osteoarthritis in one of my hands, so because the Faber-Castell sharpens so quickly, I am not struggling. I rarely leave reviews, but I had to say how wonderful this sharpener is.

This s a great sharpener, if a little bulky. Nice to have separate places for the different types of pencil. Seems to stay sharp for a reasonable time. Very useful to have something that catches the shavings when drawing in places that might not appreciate pencil shavings all over the floor :-).

Very useful having 3 different sizes in one sharpener. Easy to empty. A good buy.

The sharpener every artist needs. No mess at all wherever you happen to be. Three different sizes of sharpener and all the shaving safely captured. Also easy to empty. There's nothing not to like other than it's a lot larger than a simple pencil sharpener but they are messy.

Durabil sharpness , easy to use , good quality, value for money

This was recommended and as a sharpener is does sharpen different sized pencils. BUT emptying it can be a bit messy and initially it was hard to prise them apart with no instructions. It also chewed a pencil where the lead was slightly off-centre . Considering it is a premium brand I wasn’t particularly keen on it and I have others I prefer.
