Happy with this.
I kind of expected this shower head to be a dud since it was pretty inexpensive, however . . . I really like it! We used it to replace a rain shower head that comes straight down out of the ceiling. Now I get water where I want it. Great water pressure and the ability to switch spray modes is nice. I don't know how well it actually filters anything however. I haven't tested it, but if that's not your main priority, it's a great shower head.

Good when it is clear but if you live in a hard water area it soon scales up and in my case ended up blowing my pressure release valve on my shower. Tried to de-scale it every week but holes to small to clear completely.
