Great source but only drink with a strong tasting drink
It is a great source of BCAA's without all the chemicals found in other products. But be aware, you should drink it with something that has a strong taste itself. The powder tastes like dissolved paracetamol if consumed only with water. Also it doesn't dissolve clear, it formed little beads in my water.

High quality and effective
I already took bcaas. I read Kaged muscle is fermented and you know how they make it. I add to Kaged muscle hydra and take it with citrulline malate prior to and during exercise. I also add l glutamine post work out. I find the Doms are less and training more effective.

Good stuff. From the reviews I read, I was expecting it it taste awful, BUT its tasteless in smoothies and there's just a hint of vinegar flavour in water.
