Lord Sheraton Caretaker Wood Balsam 75ml

I love this. I brought this because I like Buddha's and I have some wooden ones. They were looking a bit dry and normal polish didn't do anything. However, when I got this and used it they came up a real treat. It got into all the cracks and really brought them to life. I've also used it on my coffee table and it brought a lovely shine to it. There is a bit of a smell, although not too unpleasant it does go. Just a bit on a soft cloth and then a good buff with another cloth. I would definitely recommend this if your wood is a bit dry.

This scents the room when used with a rather pleasant, sort of bracing, balsam aroma. The actual product is a cream which applies easily. Used on wood, as I do, it soaks in well. Left for a little while to evaporate it then polishes up nicely. On carved wood, I use soft shoe brushes to polish up a good finish and make sure that most of the dust in the nooks and crannies is removed

good quality product good value for money i found that the wax darkened my bleached look wooden fire surround also i don't like the smell even though it goes away after a while so i will be looking for something else with a better smell i would recommend though.

Because this is the consistency of a soft polish, it is easy to apply and highly effective. It is much easier to use than the vary hard kind of wax polish. It appears to work fine, but I do not have antique furniture so cannot comment on that kind of use. The smell is pleasant. It is obviously expensive, especially if there is a lot of furniture! Recommended

Really good wood balm to enhance the appearance of furniture - easy to apply & work into wood. Also protective for wood. Pleasant scent. Would recommend

Great value for money as only a small amount is needed for a great result and lovely clean smell.

This is a very good product. I use this for my TV cabinet, after sanding. It protects the cabinet well, I use it 2/3 times per year to keep it in good condition. It helps protect it from marks/water. It does have a strong smell so needs to be used in a well-ventilated room.
