Outstanding fire and value for money, highly recommend
Love this fire, not too noisy when on and gives out very good heat.. Looks stunning with the log effect switched on and you can change the colour to suit, it has quite a large viewing window which is a bonus. Love the remote control so easy to use. I use the fire in addition to the central heating and it really does take the chill off the room and not to expensive to run. Set thermostat and it knocks it self off when temperature is reached which can be seen in viewing window at top right hand corner if you press remote control as time and temperature only displayed for short time when fire initially switched on. Would without doubt recommend this fire to anyone great value for money well impressed.

That in future this is a small problem easily solved at no cost
The fire is very pleasing to look at,the only thing is it became very noisy, so the motor was charged ( twice ) thinking it can't be the motors, to get to motor you have to remove three layers 1. The glass front,2. Thre long bowed piece of metal across the front,3. Then you will see a shiny piece of metal secured with 2screwss !!! Only at one end !! I remove it and the noise stopped,there is no real value to this piece of metal apart from vibrating and being a nuisance,so removed it,the motor still has two layers of protection

Great service
The fire arrived on time but was damaged. Contacted the seller who sent out a replacement immediately and had the damaged one collected a day later. Easy to fit and looks great.
