ErgoGenix Ergo BCAA Energy, Wild Berry, 306 Gram

I switched from Purepump pre-workout to this mainly because it was cheaper and I wanted to try something different. I'm glad I did. The Wild Berry flavor is great, kind of enjoyable even. It dissolves very well. I add a scoop of creatine to it and it covers the taste of the creatine well. I workout within about 10 minutes of waking up so not enough time for a meal. This gives me plenty of energy to make through my 2 hour workout and I'm not exhausted when I go to work. I've also started taking it prior to going skateboarding. This product is vegan which is a must.

I only give this a 1 star review because I ordered this flavor in ENERGY but got the normal bcaa version. Did not return it since I was out of bcaa. Otherwise Ergo bcaa energy is a 5 star product. I'm a climber and this is my go to. The fault wasn't Ergo's it must of been Amazon's. Look forward to getting back to the energy blend. Climb on

Cant say much for the health aspect of the product, but tastes good and the caffeine is enough to curb that nice withdraw headache. I use it as an alternative to sodas.
