I recently purchased the Deiss PRO Citrus Zester & Cheese Grater and it has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. Exactly as described, precision grater. Perfect for nutmeg, garlic, lemon zest and the like. Easy to use and easy to clean.

Don’t think mine came with the brush thing but the product itself is sturdy with good grip. It’s very sharp so it’s very good at its job and that makes the cover even more important.

Easy to use parmesan grater
Good quality grater for parmesan. Easy to use and nice and sharp. comes complete with a guard to protect the blades and also came with a convenient brush to clear the blades
