Q: Will this bag carry a So y A7R4 c-w 70/200, 24/105 @ 90mm lenses along with flash and other little bits and bobs?

Yes, it's a very large bag and will easily take a full-frame camera & two or three lenses and a flashgun without any trouble, plus spare batteries et cetera. The limitation of the bag is not the amount of gear you can fit into it, which is a lot, but how much weight you are willing or able to carry. The first time I used mine, I filled it with everything I thought I might possibly need, which was a mistake. After an hour or so of carrying the fully-loaded bag around on my shoulder I'd had enough and cut short my outing. I've since found a backpack is much better for carrying large amounts of gear- having only the one strap on this bag soon results in a backache. I now use mine mostly for storing my equipment in at home, and if I take it out on a shoot, I'll also take a smaller bag for walking around with and swap things between the bags as necessary.
