BeadSmith Large Macrame Board for Braiding 14x10 Inches (1 Piece)

It's a nice board, quite pricey for what it is, but OMG it stinks, my eyes are watering. I really hope it wears off quickly!

I have the smaller version of this which I use for macrame but it just wasn't big enough, so I was very excited to see this larger size available. So size does matter!

Pricey - especially when compared to what you pay for the same exact thing in the US. I'm not sure where the extra cost comes from but it's not great. I suppose the seller knows they have a captive audience in the UK and can charge what they want. That aside this is exactly what you need when making small macrame items such as bracelets and book marks.

Just right for doing macrame on also would be useful for beading or other craft work.

If you want to Macrame then you need this board. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the smell of the ink. It had a very strong odour that I had a, what can only be describe as an allergic reaction too. This has subsided now, both the smell and my reaction. If this happens to anyone else, I would recommend leaving it out, over night, by an open window, or work measurement side down. Like I said it's better now. Apart from that it is kind of invaluable as the right tool for the job.
