Delivery is a bit late but totally worth the wait. The ornament is thick and in good quality. The surface is very glossy and no noticeable defects. The colors are all vibrant with no apparent messy edges. They even painted the same color in different shades. All four snowmen’s faces are very well drawn and look pretty. Names are all spelled correctly. Highly recommend.

Wow! I placed my order on Dec 6th and received it on the 10th, pretty good for a personalized item! I was impressed by how well the ornament was protected with layers of bubble wrap. As I removed the wrap I was struck by how beautifully crafted it is. The paint colors are vibrant and glossy. The font is just as pictured in the ad. The printing is neat and well-centered, it looks very pretty! I ordered my ornament for a family of 5, (mom, dad, and 3 kids) with the last name and year printed at the bottom. The overall size is 3.5" tall by 4" across. I am thrilled with the quality of this piece, it's going to make a wonderful Christmas gift for my daughter's family. I highly recommend this product!

Cute ornament
The ornament is very cute. It looks good quality as well. I put the names in order how I wanted them placed on ornament 1-6, and they came out of order. I am not sure if I didn’t pay attention when I listed the names to their placement. Other than that, I love the ornament.
