Perfect Replacement for a Grizzled Veteran of a Controller
So for the longest time, I was playing games on my laptop with an old Xbox controller that I got back at Christmas of 2008. Not a criticism of my old controller; it survived my move to PC gaming and outlived two other official Xbox 360 controllers for Pete's sake. However, it's getting long in the tooth and it is starting to show those nine years (the left thumbstick crunches when you depress it, the sticks no longer snap back to re-centre themselves again, etc.) so that's why I finally retired it and put it somewhere safe so I have a backup. Naturally, I went looking for a replacement, and I found this.I was more comfortable with a wireless one, and I realised too late this was wired when I purchased it. But I'm glad I made this mistake. Not only was it slightly cheaper than the wireless version offered by EasySMX, it feels lighter in my hands whilst playing and I don't have to worry about having my rechargeable batteries run out in the middle of an intense session whilst I worry about sticking the depleted pair on charge and fumbling around for some normal AAs that I keep as backup. Aside from the long cable (which I admit does not help my already cluttered desk), I can find no faults at this early stage. It feels solid but light in my hands, it does everything my old 360 controller (if not better) and the feeling of responsiveness I haven't felt from an Xbox-style controller in a long time (ignoring the great controller experience I've had with my PS4 since January).Furthermore, a quick inspection of the screws holding it together reveal it seems relatively easy to open up and see what going on, should the need arise once the warranty runs out. I plan on holding onto this for a while, and I'll be darned if I can't get inside to wipe away a spec of dirt that's impairing its full functionality.

Switchable modes are a good feature
This is pretty much your standard X-Box/PC/Other compatible controller, feels like the native XB controllers, but a bit less plasticky (it has rubber wraps on the palm holders). I'm using it on PC Windows 10, and it plugged-and-played nicely. The home button toggles on and off the Windows' XBox game bar. So you can easily access your Microsoft account and X-Box features on PC.The turbo button takes a bit of working out, but functions OK with repetition rather than solid actions (as in, it automatically presses and releases a button fast, rather than pressing and holding) which might not suit some people. The best feature of this turbo mode, though, is the ability to have it automatically press more than 1 button.Pressing and holding the home button toggles the controller modes, two for PC and 1 for Android OTG. Pretty handy.I bought this as a cheaper alternative to buying a wheel for ATS, and it functions as as good as I could hope in that regard. But It works great for Elite: Dangerous.

Works just as good as an Xbox controller
Wanted an Xbox controller, but even second hand at the local second hand computer store they are quite pricey. All I wanted was a decent controller, so after checking what was available on here and reading around on reviews for different types, I settled for this one, and so far so good its doing its job well. Plugs into the usb port of my PC well. The controls are just like the Xbox, albeit cheaper, its just as good. The wire is quite long too, I might add, and as the kids are on the and we have a decent size screen, using the PC as a games player later on is awesome, no need to be sitting right in front of the screen, nope can be nice and comfy on the other side of the room, pretty much, within reason. The controller rumbles just as it should like an Xbox, Can`t really think of anything to grumble about yet, price isn`t too bad either, its cheaper than an Xbox controller and cheaper in the long run than a second hand controller. I`m playing not games likes COD but it is good and handles thing pretty well and most times I can exit the whole entire game and back to Windows vis the controller, but this depends on thne set up of the controls on some of the games. I bough this controller with idea of buying games from Steam and I`m happy with it, I`m sure its also good enough for other games on the PC.

I was not sure but...
It's amazing. I prefer this controller to its "original" cousin. More comfortable, something about that rubber on the sides just feels nice. Price is great and it does what it needs to. 5/5

Cheap comes at cost of quality
It all started out well, product was cheap and quality when 1st unboxed and used was great, would have given 5stars. Unfortunately it is now 2 months later - and the left joystick that is used most often has started to stick making it difficult to play with. I have sent a message to the seller and awaiting a response will update my review if things are dealt with efficiently. The other problem with the controller, and one i am willing to accept with the product is the position of the menu button, it is just a little too close to the "X" button sometimes resulting in a menu popping up during frantic moments, which is super annoying...Another thing that takes getting used to is the controller is slightly smaller than the xbox one, so initially theres a little getting used to the feel that takes a while.Other than the above and for the price i would give 5 stars and I understand some products out of thousands may become faulty - so I await a satisfactory resolution - if there isn't one then i can only assume poor quality and do not recommend a false economy as you will be basically having to replace far quicker than my original xbox controller that lasted years.
