Is this raw honey or has it been pasteurised? If it is raw, I wonder why it doesn't explicitly say this on the tub like the other raw honeys do.

I've just read the lid of my pot and on a small label it says "...all our honey is packed at low temperatures so that you can enjoy it in it's raw state, fresh from the hive". Hope that helps,Emma

Is this a dark or a light coloured honey?

It tends to be on the dark side. And mostly in solid form.

It is raw wild forest honey from a variety of native plants, not a commercially farmed hive honey.

Which organisation certifies this as organic? i mean, where can i check that it really is organic? and is the container bpa-free?

The product details says its Certified by Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 also it’s Soil Association Certified. Soil Association Certification is the UK’s largest organic certification body, Also it indicates EU directive and Forest Forest Fruits Ltd which is Zambia’s leading producer of certified organic honey and beeswax, and the largest single exporter of honey on the African Continent BPA free or not ? It’s a plastic tub without any coating so seems boa free they indicated only “tub”.
