Universal Push Button Pack

Had a couple of these replacements now and no issues, direct replacement for the original ideal standard flush. The need to replace suggests the original design was not great as the plastic internals fail and snap over time, but as a direct replacement these fit easily. Coupled with the fact the seller offers a fast and efficient service, I have used for a few orders now, means when it does eventually need replacing then l can easily fix the problem.

Same as original. Easy to set up. I cut the rods to size with a Stanley knife. Good that it has the replacement plastic screw to screw it in place - be careful as these plastic screws can damage and wear with small screwdrivers.

I found this easy to fit, but one of the parts (the button housing) was slightly too big for the existing fittings, probably my fault as I realise ...now that even for the make of toilet I have there must be different sized parts, but it was okay I just used the original one, essential bits that needed replacing were just the job. The main thing is the toilet flushes..happy days :)

These were genuine Geberit parts so only difference was it doesn't have the Ideal Standard name. Fitted and work fine (not the easiest design but better than changing the whole flush mechanism as the toilets I bought them for would be tricky to remove to work on. very pleased with the parts and the price.

Okay, it's probably a man thing but may be the instructions would have explained how to cut the tube to the right length. Thankfully they give you plenty. Our flush has slowly been breaking for a while. First the green tube fell out, then part of the button broke off and eventually, we only had one button. It's not that I didn't try and fix it - but having taken it to various plumbing and DIY shops - their versions didn't match what was in my system. Eventually found this on-line and it looked the same and works perfectly although my first attempt at working out the size of the replacement tubes was slightly to short and it wouldn't flush. You live and you learn as they say.

Couldn't flush the toilet and clear it was the push button assembly that had finally given up the ghost.. Spent ages googling trying to find a similar looking one and this was the closest although other sellers also sold this. Part arrived next day as promised and came in separate parts. It's for a dual flush system and the good thing is that the two separate hard plastic coloured rods that need to be cut to size to fit onto the assembly is long enough to keep the remainder for a spare set. Excellent instructions provided and easy enough for a novice like me to get it done correctly. Although all plastic with a chrome effect finish, it's exactly same material as the original fitting which had been in place for quite a few years. No reason to doubt durability. The two rods are of different thicknesses but easy to see which goes where as they feed down the main assembly. One button eco, other normal flush, and both work perfectly. Much cheaper than having to buy an entire replacement flush system. Normal service now resumed :-)

It's a good product, easy to install. Just doesn't seem like they used as much steel in the fittings as the old ones.

Aunque me parece caro comparado con otros productos, quiero decir que es paro tratándose de un trozo de plástico, es idéntico al original que tenía mi cisterna. Lo he sustituido correctamente.

Teil (kein Original) passt ohne Probleme zu Spülkasten Villeroy & Boch. Man muss kein Fachmann sei, um die Wasserspülung zu reparieren.

I purchased this product to repair a toilet for a customer. It was a good price and had all the required parts needed for the repair. When product arrived it was missing parts. So I left a negitve review. I am changing my review do to a great customer support. They replaced parts without even having to ask. I am still only giving 4 stars do to original order. do to bag was torn open and clearly should never have been shipped. But they did replace product without hesitation to make order correct.
